Forward Water Technologies (FWT) is a Canadian clean technology company that developed a novel forward osmosis (FO) process using low energy inputs to drive the thermo-chemical draw solute re-cycling process, allowing for improved economics in the treatment of these waste streams. FWT sought to assess the environmental benefits of its process.
