NATUREBANK APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

August 31, 2017, Vancouver, British Columbia: NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (“NatureBank” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: COO, Frankfurt: 9EA) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Rosita Morandin as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company, effective immediately. Mrs. Morandin replaces past CFO and current CEO Phil Cull in the position.

Mrs. Morandin has been with the Company since 2010, most recently acting as the Director of Finance and Corporate Secretary. Mrs. Morandin has a 17 year career as an accountant and finance manager for both private and publicly traded companies in Canada. She is a graduate of Capilano University and in the final stages of completing the Certified Professional Accountant designation.
