NATUREBANK APPOINTS INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER STEP DOWN

March 1, 2018, Vancouver, British Columbia: NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (“NatureBank” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: COO, Frankfurt: 9EA) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Slavica Leporis as Interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company, effective as of 1st March 2018. Mrs. Leporis is assuming the role of CFO from current CFO and Corporate Secretary Rosita Morandin, who is taking a maternity leave of absence. In addition CEO Phil Cull will be acting as Corporate Secretary while Ms. Morandin is on leave.

Mrs. Leporis has been with NatureBank since 2009, acting as Controller. Prior to NatureBank, Mrs. Leporis worked with the Ledcor Group of Companies as a Senior Accountant. She holds a degree in Economics and holds a Certified General Accountant designation.

NatureBank would also like announce that Oliver Hanke has stepped down from his role as Chief Investment Officer of NatureBank and CEO of Nature Ventures Inc. Mr. Hanke was instrumental in developing NatureBank’s sustainable agriculture investment model allowing the Company to direct outside funding into sustainable cocoa projects in the Dominican Republic.
