Our relationship with Miss Alderson predates her role with the board, and throughout this period, she has been a valuable contributor and supporter of our business. Following Miss Alderson’s resignation, the Board will consist of Harry Assenmacher, Alexander Zang, Eduard Weber-Bemnet, James Tansey, Dirk Walterspacher, Phil Cull and Guy O’louchnane.
