NATUREBANK ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

October 18, 2016, Vancouver, British Columbia: NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: COO, Frankfurt: 9EA) would like to announce that Graham Harris has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective immediately.

Mr. Harris was one of NatureBank’s founding Board members and was instrumental in helping launch the Company’s IPO in 2008. He will be leaving to pursue other interests in the natural resources space. NatureBank would like to sincerely thank Mr. Harris for his eight years of service to the Company, and wishes him continued success in his new endeavours.
